I secured a boutique hotel that embodied Haitian influences, offering multiple distinct scenes that added depth and visual storytelling to the love story.
Beyond directing, I took a hands-on approach to production—sourcing all production design materials myself to ensure an organic, lived-in aesthetic. I also cast the love interest, ensuring authentic chemistry on screen.
Working with a tight-knit, carefully selected crew, we built a cinematic experience that blurred the line between music video and short film, immersing the audience in the textures, warmth, and passion of Sherie’s story.
